1960 Corvette convertible,4 speed manual transmission, original matching number motor (230 hp). Car is an older body frame off restoration that has very low miles and is totally correct. Was in storage for years, millionaire guy bought and restored it for his wife a Mrs.USA winner. She drove it once and hated the car due to manual tranny and no power steering! So it sat for years until consigned to a dealer from whom I bought it. $pent the next 2 years trouble shooting and putting thing$ right on the car that had not been done. Car is now genuinely roadworthy and is a blast to drive. Has never been judged but is an easy NCRS 2nd flight car,I have been in the hobby for 32 years so I do know. Could be 1st flight with rechrome of front bumpers, compounding of hood paint (has mild crazing),detailing motor compartment with correct marking bolts and battery tie downs. I haven’t because I am not into the show circuit. I started in this hobby back when there were no repro parts,we had to buy 2-3 cars to make one good one. Will consider 63 Split Window coupe in trade. Has Wonderbar radio ,heater/defroster, jack , owners manual , motor shielding . A very nice tight driving little red 1960 Corvette.
